Job Description
Overview

We are looking for an energetic Client Services Associate who is focused on customer service, is able to build strong business relationships and has a great attention to detail to join our team!


Responsibilities

As a Client Services Associate, you will be responsible for a variety of support functions for our expanding customer base. Working in collaboration with the sales team, you will focus on customer onboarding, monitoring and management of customer accounts, following up on customer questions and requests, and ensuring a great overall customer experience.


Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree preferred
  • Prior experience in customer service or account management preferred
  • Those with no degree will also be considered if they have a minimum of 5 years of customer service or account management experience
  • Outgoing and friendly personality, strong interpersonal skills and ability to quickly establish rapport with people
  • Commitment to provide the highest level of customer service
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills
  • Strong work ethic and discipline
