Bush Brothers & Company is a privately owned food processor that is headquartered in Knoxville, Tennessee. It started in 1908. The company is still owned by descendents of the founder, some of whom are active in the business. Originally operating as a canning facility for many varieties of local and southern produce, the company has in recent years purposefully shifted its focus to Baked Beans and other variety beans. Bush Brothers & Company has two manufacturing facilities. One is located in Chestnut Hill, TN. This site is the original location nested in the foothills of the Great Smokey Mountains. The second is in Augusta, WI. Augusta is also a small community located ~ 20 miles southeast of Eau Claire, WI. This site has been a part of Bush Brothers since 1962. The Augusta location is undergoing modernization efforts to enable increased production abilities of the famed Bush's Best products for many years to come.
