$2000 graduated sign-on bonus

Starting pay is $28.27 per hour

Shift: 6PM - 6AM or 6AM - 6PM (Thursday, Friday, Saturday and every other Sunday)

What you'll do:

• Utilize your mechanical knowledge in maintaining a high-speed coater line
• Troubleshoot, maintain, repair, and modify all mechanical systems
• Use precision measuring tools and work with close tolerances up to .0010
• Work with management to improve work area, safety, quality, cost, and productivity

We need you to have:

• High school diploma, GED, or equivalency
• Strong mechanical knowledge and ability to pass a mechanics test
• Desire to operate and maintain Silgan's coater lines by performing and documenting quality checks and measurements
